Adult Literacy

Please note: Due to COVID-19, our courses are being delivered remotely. Students are being provided with alternative ways to engage in learning from home. See our dedicated COVID-19 page HERE for more information.

One to One Literacy and English Tutoring

Our tutors work with individual students who need help with reading, writing, or numeracy and basic literacy skills. We work with people with a range of needs from very basic through to return-to-study and workplace literacy skills. Students and tutors meet at a mutually convenient time for up to 2 hours per week.

An informal literacy assessment Interview is conducted before enrolment. At the interview we determine the literacy needs of the student before finding a suitable tutor.

Cost per Semester: $50 concession / $70 non-concession

Contact CNLC for more information on how to schedule an assessment interview.
