Venue Hire

Venue hire is available to groups with Public Liability Insurance.
All requests need to be approved by the CNLC Executive Officer. 

Portable Classrooms:

  • 2 rooms separated by accordion wall
  • Ceiling mounted projectors 
  • Each room seats up to 18 people
  • Tables can be packed away to seat more
  • Access to toilets 
  • Access to kitchen

Portable 1 Portable 2

Classroom:

  • Inside the main house 
  • Ceiling mounted projector
  • Seats 16 people with tables and chairs 
  • Tables can be packed away to seat more
  • Access to toilets 
  • Access to Kitchen

Main hall

Lounge Room:

  • Seats 8 people with tables and chairs
  • Tables can be packed away to seat more
  • Access to toilets
  • Access to kitchen

Computer Training Room:

  • Ten workstations
  • Ceiling mounted projector

 

Centre Hire Rates 2020

a. Payment by Community Members with no funding

1. $33 for a room per usage up to 3 hours
2. $44 for two rooms per usage up to 3 hours
3. Other as negotiated with the Executive Officer

b. Payment by Not for Profit organisations

1. $77 for a room per usage up to 3 hours
2. $132 for two rooms per usage up to 3 hours
3. $220 for usage of the computer room, with a $500 bond. (Separate forms apply)

c. Payment by Profit Organisations

1. $165 for a room per usage up to 3 hours
2. $275 for two rooms per usage up to 3 hours
3. $440 for usage of the computer room, with a $500 bond. (Separate forms apply)

d. Kitchen Facilities 

$50 - $150 (plus GST) payment for use of stove, crockery.

e. Garden Spaces

$66 per hour (includes basic kitchen & bathroom access)

All groups must pay a $20 key deposit, refunded on return of the key.

Changes to the above payment arrangements can be negotiated with the Executive Officer in conjunction with the CNLC Treasurer.
